2. Products & Availability
Coffee
Coffee products are roasted and packed to order. Availability may vary based on demand, inventory, or fulfillment partner capacity.
Merchandise
Mugs, apparel, and accessories are produced on demand by third-party fulfillment partners. Merchandise and coffee may ship separately.
We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors, or fulfillment issues.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.
Payment is required in full at checkout. Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
QofeCup is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or system errors. If an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order.

4. Shipping
​
Coffee and merchandise are fulfilled by different partners and may ship separately.
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. QofeCup is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may change without notice.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases.

Coffee products are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.

Merchandise is made to order and cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or incorrect selection.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of issue may be required.
