Ordering & Shipping


When will my order ship?
Coffee orders are roasted and packed fresh, usually within 2-3 business days. Merchandise such as mugs or apparel is made to order and may take 3-7 business days to produce.

Do you ship coffee internationally?
Not yet. Coffee orders ship only to the United States and Canada.

Can I order mugs outside North America?
Yes. Mugs and merchandise can be shipped worldwide.


Why did I receive two packages?
Coffee and merchandise are shipped separately, so you may receive two packages that arrive on different days.


Do you offer free shipping?

No. Shipping is charged based on carrier rates — no hidden costs in product prices.


Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.

How long will shipping take?
U.S. orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days.
Canada: 10–15 for coffee, up to 30 for mugs.
International (mugs): up to 30 days depending on location.


Returns & Refunds


Can I return coffee?
No. Our coffee is roasted fresh for each order and cannot be returned or exchanged.


What if my coffee or item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. You won't need to send the item back.


Can I return mugs or apparel?
Since merchandise is made to order, we can't accept returns for wrong sizes or a change of mind. If an item arrives defective or damaged, let us know within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it.

How fresh is your coffee?
Every bag is roasted and sealed fresh before shipping. We recommend using it within 3 months for the best flavor.


Is your coffee whole bean or ground?
We offer both. You can select your preference on the product page before adding to your cart.


Do you offer decaf?
Yes — our Calma roast is a decaf medium roast with a smooth, cocoa-forward flavor.

Donations & Mission


What does "$1 to Clean Water" mean?
For every bag sold, we donate $1 to clean water projects through DigDeep in the United States and Water First in Canada.


Do donations apply to all products?
The $1 donation applies to every bag of coffee purchased.
