When will my order ship?
Coffee orders are roasted and packed fresh, then ship within 1–3 business days. Merchandise ships separately and may take 2–5 business days to process.

Do you ship internationally?
Coffee ships to the United States and Canada only.
Mugs and other merchandise ship worldwide.

Why did I receive multiple packages?
Coffee and merchandise ship separately, so they may arrive at different times.

Do you offer free shipping?
No. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on carrier rates. There are no hidden fees.

United States: 2–5 business days
Canada: 10–15 business days
International merchandise orders: Up to 30 days, depending on location

Returns & Refunds

Can I return coffee?
No. Coffee is roasted fresh for each order and cannot be returned.

What if my coffee or merchandise arrives damaged?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund.

Can I return mugs or apparel?
Since merchandise is made to order, returns are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.

How fresh is your coffee?
Every bag is roasted and sealed shortly before shipping. For best flavor, we recommend using it within 3 months.

Is your coffee whole bean or ground?
You can choose whole bean or ground when ordering.

Do you offer decaf?
Yes. Calma is our decaf option.
