At QofeCup, every order is custom made and shipped directly from our roasting and fulfillment partners. We currently ship coffee within the U.S. and Canada, while merchandise such as mugs ships internationally.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Tracking information will be emailed once each package ships.

 

Coffee Shipping (U.S. & Canada Only)

Coffee is roasted and packed fresh before shipping.

 

United States

Carrier: USPS, UPS, or regional courier

Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Rate: Starts at $7.59, plus $3.99 per additional bag

 

Canada

Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days

Rate: Starts at $20.99, plus $14.89 per additional bag

Import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

 

Merchandise Shipping (Worldwide)

Mugs and other merchandise items can be shipped internationally.

Split Shipments

Coffee and merchandise are fulfilled separately and may arrive at different times.
You’ll receive a tracking link for each shipment.

Delays

Shipping times may vary due to carrier issues, customs processing, or weather.

No Free Shipping

We do not offer free shipping. Each rate reflects actual carrier costs to keep product pricing transparent.
