QofeCup partners with third-party roasting, fulfillment, and shipping providers to prepare and deliver customer orders. All products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary based on product availability, order volume, or fulfillment partner operations.
Tracking information is provided once an order has shipped. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

Coffee Shipping
Coffee products are shipped within the United States and Canada only.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside of QofeCup’s control.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise Shipping
Merchandise items, including mugs and apparel, may be shipped internationally.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs clearance, and fulfillment partner processing times.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, quantity, and carrier availability. Rates are subject to change without notice.
QofeCup does not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Split Shipments
Coffee and merchandise are fulfilled by different partners and may ship separately. Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Delays & Delivery Issues
QofeCup is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
